I design thesoftware peopleuse all dayat work.

Senior product designer. For six years I've made dense enterprise and fintech products clearer, from a 250-user ERP to banking apps. Lately that means putting AI inside the product, where people already work.

Korombo in New Power: a question about open sales orders, the answer with a rating prompt, and a follow-up question
Korombo, the AI assistant I designed inside the New Power ERP. People ask about orders, parts, stock and quotes or how to use the system, ask follow-ups and rate each answer. Names are fictional.

Selected work

Enterprise ERP · C3S2022 – now

New Power →

I took over an outdated ERP and led its redesign: a new design system, the product's first dashboards, and Korombo, an AI assistant that's now live.

Lead designer: I run the UX audit, bring decisions to product and engineering, own the design system they build from, and review what ships.

Mobile banking · FreelanceClient in Türkiye

NEXA Bank →

A mobile banking app designed end to end, from proto-personas and information architecture to the design system, built around trust in every money movement.

20 core flows, from onboarding and biometric sign-in to transfers and QR payments.

Live event · Rayqube, DubaiArabic / English

Emirates NBD →

A bilingual dual-screen touchscreen experience, designed on site in Dubai and used by walk-up visitors at a live Emirates NBD event.

Ran at the event: registration, drawing, AI artwork and QR download in one short guided flow, in Arabic and English.

Product thinking · Personal concept2026

Momentum →

Why most people don't finish what they start, and a product system that designs accountability in instead of hoping for motivation.

Squads of four, a weekly loop and guardrails that protect progress.

How I work

Good enterprise design is mostly decisions nobody sees. These are the habits behind them.

Audit what is live

At New Power I mapped all 160+ live screens into a Live Reference and ranked the UX risks P0 to P2 with product and engineering.

Systems over screens

Every new pattern goes into the library first, so consistency is the default instead of a review comment.

Put AI where the work is

Korombo lives inside the ERP, not in a separate tool, and its next stage puts it one click away on every screen. Answers come back as tables people can act on.

Design for being wrong

Every Korombo answer can be rated, so the team sees where it fails instead of guessing.

Write the decision down

Each decision card says what we chose, what we didn't, and its status: proposed, approved, rejected or live.

Close the loop with engineering

I compare the build with the design, module by module, and turn each gap into a decision: follow the design or keep the build.
